You mean the v-ups. I find if you rest on your elbow it kind of helps. Also, make sure you are at an angle when lying down and that your movement is at a slight angle. Those kick my butt though.
Crushed plyo tonight. Felt great doing it, worked up a sweat, and it went quickly!
