Militia's are meant to be in place to take action if the government abuses its power and harms its' own citizens.....the 2nd amendment is centered around this idea...

WW2 Germany could have used a militia.....

There are militia's in most states and most of them quietly go about their business doing no harm to others. I think most militia members are ex-military types who just get together to shoot some rounds and stay sharp.

Again...it's too bad they will all be smeared by CNN/Fox as violent extremists....when they are just exercising their rights and not harming anyone...

The Hutaree are known amongst the other militia groups as "extremist" and consider themselves separate from them...
