I'm happy with what I'm doing for now. Once I get my basement cleared out I'm actually going to start using the bowflex I purchased last year. I have my inlaws living in my basement til June. (They are living there until their house is finished)

You never know, your colleagues might even join you. I know a few people that do plyo during lunch on the projector where they work.
