It definitely wasn't my best Day 1 workout. I can usually pump them out pretty good. I've got records of my previous workouts, so I always compare, but it's a good starting point.
The chest and back routine is one of my faves. It's the right length and is a good workout.
Ab Ripper went OK as well. Got through the whole thing, but with breaks here and there. Fifer scissors is probably the toughest for me. I have to force myself to do Ab Ripper though, because a lot of times i'll just skip it after the workout. I need to make sure I do it.
Plyo tonight, which probably is my favorite, too bad I don't really have a good place to do it. I can't do it in my apartment because there are people below me and it makes everything shake in my place, so I have to go to the "gym" in my apartment, which is like a wooden box with plywood floors and when I jump it sounds like bombardment.

Congrats on day 1! My second take on Chest & Back went pretty well last night. I improved on my numbers.
Obviously I have plyo as well tonight but I work out in my undeveloped basement and have plenty of room so it is probably easier for me to get motivated.
