I don't think there has been an Oiler troll, nor will there be for the forseeable future.
A Canucks fan saying "Talk hockey or take off." To the many Canuck trolls would be effective, no? It may even make some of the trolls think twice. "That place can't be that bad, they have a Canuck mod."
