Do you use a recovery drink at all? I started a thread a while back about this, but I find a recovery drink an integral part of my workout. Big difference when I use one and when I don't the next day.

Right after my workout I chug back some water with some Glutamine and then I generally have a protein shake about 30 minutes after.
Good luck with the first day. I work at 7:00am so I do my workout right when I get home. What is your set up (i.e. weights or bands, chin up bar, etc)?
