The fuel economy is amazing - This is why I am buying another car with this same motor (the 2.0T)
If I drive nicely, around town, i get 6.5L/100KM!
driving sedately on the highway I see 5-5.5L/100KM!
It's insanely frugal when driven gently, but unleashed hell when you stomp on it. The best part is, I drive it spiritedly at times, and I think I am averaging, lifetime, 8.5L/100KM in the city, 6.5L/100KM on the highway
This car is amazing - the turbo, combined with direct injection, really does give you thebest of both worlds - crazy good fuel economy off-boost, and power on boost.
