I don't do P90x, but my brother in-law is doing it for the second time right now. First time through he lost 30 pounds. Since then he put some of it back on but now he is dropping the weight again and at the same time it looks as though he is putting on quite a bit of muscle mass.
If I had the time to do 1.5 hrs 6 times a week I would do the program, but unfortunately I don't have the time.
