Yeah, it definitely feels long. It's a mental thing like I said before. Haha.
Keep with the updates red. I'm going to start next week as well. Changing up the yoga to sat is not a bad idea. I think i'll post updates as well. Hopefully will motivate me a little more.
I feel so crappy when I don't work out. It sucks. But it's much more difficult to balance life when you do work out. And balance your diet. I can remember sometimes not wanting to eat pizza or fast food or bar food when out with friends because that's not in the "diet guide". haha.
