Thanks for posting lots of updates. It's good to follow along. I've been doing a homemade version of P90x (I've done P90x before and I basically took all of my favorite exercises from it and made my own routine) since early January now, and I'm down from 205 lbs to 187 and a lot stronger. My goal was to hit 182 lbs by April 1st, so I'll be getting close to it but probably fall short by 2 pounds or so as losing 5 in 6 days is difficult and unhealthy for the most part.
Keep up the good work and stick with it!
