One of my clients wanted to purchase a specific Waterford chandelier, unfortunately none of the local retailers had that particular one for sale.
So I went internet shopping, like pretty much anyone else would, and I found several places that offered it but none for as inexpensively as China craft, they were 20-50% lower than elsewhere, and were a pleasure to deal with. The kept me appraised of it's progress, from being made, to when it arrived at their shop, to when it was sent here.
Their staff was very easy to work with, and although it took 4 months from when I ordered it, which is to be expected with an item like that, I will be buying from them again and again.
So I figured that I'd give them some praise on here because I was very happy with the product and price
