it says you can go into the office for further assistance, so I'm assuming that you can do that as well. The point of the test is to make sure you understand what you're opting out of. But they aren't clear on the parameters they give you.
If I didn't know better I'd say the guys that designed it are in my program, as it's complicated and lots of red tape, hahaha.
