We should get a group of us to all do it at the same time to encourage each other to do it.
The last round I did of it was about 10 weeks and I started at the beginning of Jan. I basically only did the weight routines, and I pretty much skipped out on the recovery weeks.
For some reason, I have no idea why, but I can not do a full recovery week. I can do a full phase 1, 3 weeks. But when I get to that 4th week I always bust.
I play a lot of hockey so I was using that as my cardio. I really don't like doing the yoga for some reason. I think it's a mental think. I have to push through it. It's not that it's hard or difficult, it is for sure, but it just seems like it's not enough activity and I go all ADD on it.
I should have started again yesterday so I could do it with you red. Maybe next Monday I will start and then I will just be a week behind you.
