that's what I went in prepared to do, alas they gave me this slip telling me how to do it online.
Fortuantely I know one of the DSU execs and she got me the answers, I ranted about misinformation, told her I knew it wasn't her fault, and that I loved her for getting me the answers, the proposed (shot down again ;_

the form thing is much easier than THIS process, but overall the net should be easier
