I see dozens of people every single day flick their cigarette butts on the road, grass, sidewalks, etc. Pretty much wherever they can. Some jerk face flicked his butt out his car window last night and it hit my hood and rolled up my front windshield and if l would have had my sun roof open, might very well have landed in my car. Heck l'll bet that there are (*gasp*) some poster in this thread who do/will continue to do that. Whoever did this was one of the very UNLUCKY persons who's butt just happened to catch onto a flammable substance.
