not sure how many Dal students there are here, but since I had such a hard time with this I thought I'd share.

If you're opting out of the Dalhousie Students' Union (DSU) Health Plan, you have to go to the DSU website www.DSU.com and go to "Our Services" then "Health Plan" scroll down to the opt-out link.

Then here's the tricky part. You have to pass an 8 question True/False test. Sounds easy enough, hell they even give you the information needed and tell you to print it off.

Only here's the thing, there's misinformation in the three pages supplied. I'm sure it's not intentional but it's there none-the-less. If you use what the info give you - you won't pass the test.

So

There are the answers

1 - True
2 - False
3 - False
4 - True
5 - True
6 - True
7 - False
8 - True

The ambluance question along with the vaccination questions have the most misinformation. The example provided to the ambulance question works out to be true in that case, but I guess not all cases. As well in one part it says all vaccainations are covered, and in another it says only 80% are. Again, confusing, they've been getting alot of flack over the test just thought I'd share the answers as without Trial and Error, or the inability to do basic math, you won't get the test right.
