I've been less than dedicated to the workouts, my uneven work schedule leaves me having a hard time getting into a workout pattern.
I'm still following the nutrition program fairly well and I'm using this recovery week to get back on schedule with my workouts. I've lost 12 lbs so far, likely would have been closer to 20 had I done every workout every day.
I think I just need to suck it up and get my workouts done early in the morning. No excuses.
