Day 1 in the books. Got my butt kicked. Not having done ab ripper for about a year I really notice it in my hip flexors today. Back to square one with chin ups. I was able to do 10 reverse grips however at my peak during my last round I was doing around 22-24 so there is plenty of work to be done.
Day 2 after work today is Plyometrics. I enjoy the workout but find my feet cramp pretty easily. Looking forward to a big sweat.
