I flat-out refuse to compare this to Band of Brothers at this point. Is it really fair to compare a show that is only in its intro to the entire 10 part series of Band of Brothers? There is no way I can go back in my mind to what I thought after the first two episodes of Band of Brothers, so I wont try. Also, this show has such greater expectations than Band of Brothers did because so many people feel the need to compare the two, which also leads to stronger feelings of disappointment for some people, I believe. Nevermind the fact that most people who care enough to make that comparison on this board have probably seen Band of Brothers numerous times. I'll let this series finish before I compare the two (if I compare them at all. Really, which one is better is irrelevant if they both entertain me).
