I had a stuck alloy rim last fall when I was trying to switch to my winter tires.

If you have a deadblow mallet try tapping on the edge of the rim, and if not, use a normal hammer with a piece of 2x4 to protect the rim.

P.S. I now run a bit of grease on the back sides of my rim where they are in contact with the hub to try and prevent this in the future.
