I have a combination of both.
The weights for the long bar bench press are iron.
The smaller weights I have for bicep curls and what not are iron.
I would be willing to selll you everything I got. Whatever you want it is yours.
I also have one of those P90X chin up bars that was used once! I lost the receipt and cannot return it.
PM and we can set up a time for you to come check everything out. I am looking to get rid of most of it so I will give you a good deal. It is all pretty much brand new so I am sure you will like it.
