Really, the word used was Peeve, so what you did wasn't a matter of getting "riled up", and you aren't bitching?

Seems to me that pushing someone's groceries on the floor and swearing under your breat would constitute getting riled up.

Likewise, complaining about it on a message board, and then claiming that the person who didn't put down the bar in front of you is the one lacking in common courtesy would probably qualify as bitching.

I didn't say you used those words, I'm using them to describe our behavior. And really, all of this over real estate on a grocery store conveyor belt. Were you really concrened that this guys groceries being on the conveyor belt were going to somehow prevent you from buying the things you wanted to buy?
Was he really big and scary, thus preventing you from saying, "Excuse me, I'm not quite done putting my groceries down"?

Does this heinous act on his part really justify having his groceries pushed to the floor and being sworn at? For that matter, was he really the one acting agressively?


Yup, you certainly do exhibit much more common courtesy than everyone else. I'll bet you've got way better taste in music than everyone else, and are a well above average driver too.
