Apple argues it is illegal under the DMCA. I don't think they've sued anyone for it, does that imply that Apple doesn't think they actually have a case?

But given the new copyright laws and international treaty coming down the pipe, it wouldn't surprise me if it did become illegal. It shouldn't be though.
