Beta started on February 17th and is expected to last 3-5 months which gives a release window of probably June-August somewhere.

Also, I think it is highly unlikely that it would be delayed again at this point. The reason I think this is that it was stated last year that Starcraft 2 itself was done in the fall but that development on the new Battle.net multiplayer platform was taking longer than expected and that was what was holding back release of the game.

I think you will see SC2 in Summer 2010 and Diablo 3 in Summer 2011.
