Our possession date is mid-week, and we aren't in any rush... living with my parents again... (bonus in some places, not so cool in others). I don't think that will be a problem for us, but I can see how it could be.
I'd like to be kept up to date on this issue tho, and any other issues... we appariently have a vast majority in there
