You'll have to have a constantly on Internet connection to play. No Internet, no game. Eidos' servers go down, no game. Buy it and in 3 years you reload it to play it, but Eidos has take down their authentication servers, no game.

Hypothetically speaking, would this apply if I were to buy a copy of this on Steam? It looks like a great game, but I'm not going to go out of my way and buy it if I have to deal with all the red tape.
