I've been arrested and cuffed on the ground at gunpoint twice by the Calgary Police, once for being in a warehouse around midnight where they thought we were thieves (my buddy's Dad owned the place), the second time when we were... um... shooting at pigeons with a pellet gun from a 7th floor balcony in the beltline. That arrest was pretty tactical, I saw the lasers dancing at my feet that time. Spent the night in the can and took a few charges for that one.
