A few weeks ago I pulled into one of the shopping malls here in Victoria. I was about to head inside the Wal-Mart when some lady came up to me and said 'Don't bother. The cops won't let you in.'
So I looked up and saw three cops with a couple of dogs standing beside the entrance to the Shoppers Drug Mart that is right beside Wal-Mart. I turn around and see that they parking lot has now been blocked off by cop cars and nobody is getting in or out.
I then watched as a bunch of cops went running around the back of the building. A couple minutes later, some dude carrying a huge bag full of stuff comes strolling out of Shoppers. The cop to the left of him drew his gun and told the guy to get on the ground. The guy looks like he's about to make a break for it until the other cop comes out of nowhere and, from behind, crushes him with a vicious blindside tackle. They arrested the guy and then let everyone go.
