Similar story for me. I was driving a few cars behind a van near 36th and Memorial when I noticed 3 cops cars suddenly appear. I turn onto 36th then all of a sudden theres another 4 or 5 cop cars waiting for the van. As soon as the van approaches, they all flash their lights in which several officers draw their weapons. Strange thing was that it was an old asian lady driving the van.
