I dont think I have ever witnessed anything to crazy with the police, but as with the other poster I saw a pretty crazy accident.

I was driving home from work and a car doing over 100km/h came off the highway and t boned a van 10 feet in front of me. The Van rolled, and the car was like a back seat... No one was seriously injured, but it was crazy.... there was only me and one other guy there for about 15 minutes with no cell phone, so we couldn't call 911.
