For my 10th there was a social/mixer at the school (no alcohol) and then a dinner/dance at some ranch that rents out for events - that one worked pretty well. My 20th was at a community hall, but the sound was so bad you couldn't hear people talk. If you have a decent size class, renting a hall where you can have dinner catered is probably a better option than a restaurant or pub, but check out the facilities first.
