I remember the episode where he had the argument with that new regional manager and started doing the whole imitation thing like we used to do when we were a kid. It was brilliantly filmed and you felt like you were in the office watching this fight and wishing that you weren't seeing it because it wasn't Michael at his best.
He does a great job of making you feel really uncomfortable.
His interaction with Kathy Bates when she finally turned around and told him to stop made me feel really embarrassed for the character.
When they were singing Cats in the Cradle in the office I busted a gut.
