I wish that were entirely the case. The reality is that there are LOADS of people in various areas of the States who do well in school, know a great deal about a great number of subjects, and can communicate intelligently in most ways. These people also happen to like Palin, Glenn Beck, FoxNews,, etc. etc. I don't know how that's possible, but apparently it is.
