I actually rebuilt a 12A Mazda wankel rotory engine using a Chiltons, $250 dollars worth of parts, and my dads tools. I was 17 at the time, and it was the most complex thing I ever did in my life even until now, and that engine ran for 7 more years, as I sold the car to a guy down the street who drove it into the ground. New drivers, especially the guys, really will miss out on what I thought was some of the coolest experiences I had when I was young.

And no.... installing a Carbon fibre hood, and a Mugen power decal is not the same.
Agreed. I was lucky enough to drive some dilapidated garbage which taught me alot about cars. That knowledge has certainly saved me from being stranded and quite a bit of money.
