I live in Osotoos BC and for me this is pretty much close to my ideal place to live. I wish it was a bit more active year round, and I do wish the hiway North to Penticton wasn't such a joke. Maybe be a bit closer to an international airport. I probably could handle Penticton, but in the summer there is just something about the far South part of the Okanagon that I really love. Waking up and looking at the lake and winery's from my front porch is tough to complain about. I can't ever see myself not wanting to live in Canada. Ideally I'd spend about 8-9 months here, and than 3-4 months somewhere warmer for the winter. I've always liked travelling so I think I could alternate destinations between places like South America, and Australia/New Zealand every year and come home for spring, summer, and fall.
