The Wii is what it is, and it's mainly a party console. It's aimed more at causal gamers and younger kids. Not the Wavebird, but in stock and ship to Canada and since they're the Japanese edition they have an extra long cable (3m). I picked up four of these to replace my 3rd-party non-Wii-compatible controllers when I predicted future scarcity of GC controllers. Kind of sucks though that all my controllers are the same colour, but not a huge problem.
