That may be so, but this is not a one off, its something that we'll be keeping up with so this simply isnt an option. Nor am I in any way interested in that type of mindless repetative work... I'd much rather solve the problem.

We host our own, our company has its own server. It's run by a tech company and we get tons of support from them. They are usually awesome, and even I am usually savy enough to keep rolling without their help... this is beyond me though.
