it's sad that I know what that video is without even clicking on it, even though with Flashblock it only shows a white box with the flash symbol
As far as the OP goes, I built hot tubs for a year or so, so thought maybe I could help if it was a plumbing/electrical/construction issue, but water probs are beyond what I know about them.
