I don't think Premium has Media Center. Also Pro has the ability to use XP Mode, which would simplify any compatibility issues.

Edit: I lied, I guess premium does have Media Center. List of features is here.

Seems that the backup utility is only available with Pro, if that is important to you. I just use Synctoy for my backup stuff.
