Well the situation I'm in is our condo board was originally going to replace all our windows and doors and special assess us. The board and fund is pretty well established, so all this work was getting done for a great deal!! It was a sizable special assessment - but well worth it IMO.
However, from what I hear, they're now looking at doing the ones that need to be done first. Which I'm not sure would cover all of mine (including 3 patio style door sets), maybe a few would be done. I find that annoying as heck and would rather do all at once, even if it costs me more.
So I want someone to come in and say "yes, your windows are all garbage, they all need to be replaced" so I have some backup when it comes to getting them done this spring. I have 7 windows, 3 patio doors and don't want some new some old, would just look like crap.
