NOW I'll just have to walk 2 blocks and I'm at the train and downtown. So it will be a big deal to a lot of people in the Sunalta area in terms of ease of commute.

To add to this, being close to a train station means you have easier access to more than just downtown. This means you have quick access to McMahon Stadium, Chinook, Fish Creek Park, Max Bell arena, etc.
