I too live about a block and half from the future Sunalta station. I'm not sure what the effect will be on property value but I have decided to stay in my condo until it is done in hopes of major increase in sale prices.
I can see there are going to be a lot of traffic head aches as a result of the construction. Although it should be noted that my walk to downtown has also been effected (an extra whopping 3 minutes
).
