For your situation you may be screwed but I would keep bugging the seller by email. I wouldn't threaten too much because I would assume they know the rules and how long someone has to dispute a transaction. You could be SOL and depending on the money spent it might not even be worth it to spend your time much more than contacting the seller a few more times.

Yeah, I'm thinking I'm SOL on this too. The seller probably knows the 45 day PalPal dispute rule.
I guess what I'm most shocked about it is PayPal not willing to do anything, despite all the proof I have that I got screwed, including the seller admitting they didn't send everything.
For shame PayPal, for shame.
