No, we're talking about how to gain the most muscle mass.
Olympic lifters need to lift as much weight as possible on only a couple of compound lifts. Obviously
they need to practice the actual lifts as much as possible because of the training principle of specificity. That is
not what we're talking about here.
And while they do the same lifts, they use periodization to peak for events. So you're wrong in all facets of this discussion.
