This seems like a fairly minor issue.
In my mind the main (only) factor is that they're wearing Canada jerseys and Olympic Gold Medals while partying. If the Flames had won the Stanley Cup, I don't think people would begrudge them a post-game on-ice celebration... if they get out of hand, their just tarnishing the reputation of the Calgary Flames.
These athletes are wearing the National colours and the highest athletic honour the world has. If for nothing other than optics sake, it was a bad idea. Technically a lot of girls across Canada look up to these women as role models. To see them smoking and drinking (which is totally their right to do) while wearing the jerseys and medals might damage their ability to be role models for young girls.
That said, who really cares? Sure they did something that in retrospect was a bit dumb, but I can't imagine it's a serious issue or merits any kind of action.
