I don't think anyone believes this is a crime. It's just not the proper way to celebrate an Olympic medal. Being silly would have been lighting a cigar in the dressing room. All these pics (that will be show in every nation across the world) do is confirm the typical stereotype that countries have of Canadians as hockey players and beer drinkers.
Canadians love to bash Americans for their brash behaviour but when we do it it's just 'silly'.
