Alright, so the computer just did something very odd. Very odd indeed.
Couldn't sleep, so decided to turn on the computer after about 45-sih minutes of it being off. Turn it on, only to get.....how do i describe this.....a widerscreen version of my desktop. So the whole screen was not there, but I could scroll around by just moving my mouse to the extremes of the screen. A VERY odd thing, once I've never seen before. Tried to change the display settings but nothing worked, so decided to restart and hope for the best. Well that worked, but still leaves me a bit nervous about the state of my computer.
That's my first problem, my second would be that upon turning on my computer I can't access anything for about 5 minutes, while I can hear the harddrive reading. This has been going on for about 2 months now. For 5 minutes, if I click on anything it won't do anything, just let's me move the mouse around. But I hear the HD buzzz, nothing, buzzzz, nothing....in intervals of a few seconds. Then, like clockwork, 10 minutes after I can access things, Automatic Updates encounters a problem and needs to close.
SO GUYS, any type of suggestion or explaination for either of my problems?
Knowing my luck with computers, it's something gone wrong, because I just can't seem to keep my computer normal for more then 6 months.
