The only thing I dislike, up to this point, this season, is the alternate timeline/reality. I am sure that it means something, and it's going to culminate somehow into something great, but at this point it seems like boring filler. At first, I think, oh, neat, so this is how their lives would be if they didn't crash on the island... Then, I think what do I care? For 5 seasons I've followed their lives ON the island. I want to know what happens to their REAL selves, the ones I've invested so much time in, not these gimmicky alternate-selves.
I just hope it all has a point and it's not the creators showing us what happens at the end when they do get off the island or something, like fitting two seasons into one type of thing. Desmond better be the key to connecting it all.
I also miss John Locke. The creators were right when they said he was the heart of the show. There is a reason all of his episodes are the best ones.
