just wondering if anyone has suggestions for an economics class to take. Some background: this is my final semester, so I need something that's not necessarily easy, but will hold my interest, either through course content or good instructor. I've looked through other subject areas, but nothing fits in, or I don't have the pre-reqs, etc. To save you time, here's the list of courses and the instructor that fits into my schedule:
Currently, I'm registered in Econ 341 (Money and Banking) with Janko
ECON 321 (The Global Trading System) with Beaulieu
ECON 355 (Canadian Public Finance) with Wen
I've heard nothing of these profs, although hear that Money & Banking is up my alley...just seeing if the other two courses might be a more interesting option.
Thanks

I got my Econ degree in 2002. One of the best Econ professors out there is JF Wen. If I were you, I would definately take Econ 355 hands down. I took Econ 341 and it was good too, but trust me. Wen is a fantastic professer and he keeps you interested in the course as well.
If you end up taking Econ 355, you can thank me later with a beer or two. You won't regret it.
