Fair enough. I'm just trying to say all companies have their problems, it's about locating the ones that won't effect you as much. For me the customer service can be frustrating but as stated before I rarely have to speak to them, usually when I do it is because I want something free or half price. For example: NHLCI being 50% for 'new' customers, I always make them give me it for that price.
